Personal month to month Coaching
Let Jay assist you in accomplishing your desired paddling and/or fitness goals, by designing and supervising your fitness and/or paddling workout sessions. Jay’s role is to inspire, motivate and coach you while you workout to the best of your potential. The Personal Month to Month Training Program will be customized to your needs; taking in consideration your goals, fitness level, your abilities, your lifestyle and time constraints. Jay will be available to you anytime on email and skype/phone twice monthly.
Personal Training blocks programing
Let Jay assist you in accomplishing your desired paddling and/or fitness goals, by designing your fitness and/or paddling workout sessions. Jay’s role is to inspire and motivate, while you workout to the best of your potential. The Training Block Program will be customized to your needs; with evaluating your goals, fitness level, abilities, lifestyle and time constraints. These training blocks can vary between 4 and 12 weeks. Jay will be available for you by email.

Paddle Clinics (SUP & OUTRIGGER CANOE)
Paddle athletes Jay and Anik Wild will share their knowledge and experience with an in-depth SUP or Outrigger Canoe paddle clinic. Elevate your paddle experience while building a solid technical foundation.
The techniques learned will help you get a better workout, paddle longer with more efficiency, perform in races and make your overall paddle experience the best it can be. Our technique and skill clinic consists of: Specific warm-up and mobility exercises, stroke technique, race starts/finishes, buoy turns and drafting. We also will cover the following; basic nutrition/hydration, mental preparation, race strategies, fitness training and goal setting in a Q&A format. Video Analysis is available upon request.
