10min general body movement

10min @ 60% (easy talking pace)

10min @ 65% with 5x1min 90% hard sprints, stay in control


3 sets of….

2min @ 90%

1min @ 60%

3min @ 80%

1min @ 60%

4min @ 70%

2min rest


10min @ 55%, focus on technique & setting the blade before you pull.
