WARM UP:

10min general body movement

1000 meter build up, example; 250m easy, 250m moderate, 250m hard, 250m easy

MAIN SET:

7 X 1200 meters @ an uncomfortable pace (75-85%) recover 3:00 min.

COOL DOWN:

After the last 3min rest…..

500m @ easy pace

10min general body movement
