Daily Workout – A good one!

I did this workout today from the Crossfit Endurance site. It was fun and painful at the same time. I highly recommend doing it!


10min general body movement.

3 x easy jog the 200m course and walk back to the start


5 rounds for time…..

Run 200m/0.12miles

20 Air squats

10 L pull ups

Post time to comments. My time was 9min 50sec.
