Daily Workout – Endurance

This work out can be done on SUP, OC, Prone, Surfski, bike, run, XC ski……ect.

WARM UP:

10min general body movement

10min @ 50% focus on technique, go slow, dont be sloppy

10min @ 60% with 5 x 1min 90% efforts (dont be sloppy on the hard efforts)

MAIN SET:

5 x 20min, first 10min @ 70% second 10min @ 80%, 4min rest between pieces 2min static 2min active

COOL DOWN:

10min @ 50% focus on technique, go slow, dont be sloppy
