Daily Workout December 17 – Row

Rowing: Some people have “sequence” problems. At the catch position, they either push their seat back and almost lock out their legs before moving shoulders/handle at all. Or, they start to lean back first and then extend their legs.

“Keep the hips and handle moving at the same rate rather then having the seat/handle play catch up to the other one.”

MAIN SET:

2k @ 75%

rest 3min

5k @ 85%

COOL DOWN:

500m @ 60%
